This year at the Mobile World Congress we saw a number of smartphone manufacturers introducing their first 5G enabled smartphones.
From OnePlus to Xiaomi to Huawei, popular smartphone companies have entered the 5G era by announcing their 5G smartphones at the MWC 2019. Huawei introduced its 5G Mate X while Xiaomi showcased Mi Mix 3 5G, OnePlus also announced its 5G phone which is most likely to be called OnePlus 7.
After foldable, 5G devices are all set to shine in the global market in the coming months. Here we have listed the top four 5G smartphones showcased at the event in Barcelona.

Huawei Mate X: The Huawei Mate X is a foldable smartphone that supports 5G connectivity. It runs on Android 9 Pie and packs a 4500 mAh battery. The devices offer 512GB inbuilt storage and 8GB RAM. The premium smartphone has been priced at € 2299 (roughly Rs. 1,85,000). The Huawei Mate X is expected to be made available in the second quarter of 2019.
LG V50 ThinQ: LG’s first 5G enabled smartphone, V50 ThinQ sports a large 6.4-inch QHD+ OLED FullVision display. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset with X50 5G modem paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 3: The Mi Mix 3 is also a 5G enabled handset which was displayed at the MWC 2019. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and the X50 5G modem. It boasts of a 6.39-inch (2,340×1,080) Full HD+ AMOLED display. The Mi Mix 3 5G price has been set at €599 (roughly Rs. 49,000).
OnePlus 5G: OnePlus showcased the prototype of its upcoming 5G smartphone. Though the features of the handset have not been revealed, it is tipped to arrive with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and the X50 5G modem. More
