The LG interpreted the concept of foldable smartphone quite in a different way from Samsung and Huawei. G8X ThinQ has two extra displays. The LG G8X is available in the United States for $699 launched on November 1.
The phone has been marketed in other countries like Germany where it is available for €949. For $699, LG includes the G8X ThinQ along with a second screen, which is quite useful as you can play music on YouTube on one screen while doing something else on the on another screen. Since the extra screen makes the phone much heavier and bigger along with a secondary OLED display.

It isn’t like Samsung’s folding phone, but comparatively, it’s kind of fun. And surprisingly at a lower price. It is LG’s one of the most intriguing US-bound offering in a while.
The G8X still looks like an LG phone and shares G8’s Snapdragon 855 processor. The OLED screen is bigger than G8, which is 6.4 inches, along with the selfie camera to 32- megapixel sensor. The phone is 8.4mm thick without the camera bump on the rear. The LG has increased its battery capacity to 40000 mAh.
The LG G8X is an unremarkable device. It doesn’t even come in any colours; it has a glossy black colour along with a fingerprint. More differently, it has a headphone jack. It has the best audio quality. It links to the second display with a USB – C connector.
Overall it is kind of cool with two screens. It does not provide a sleek experience but its a phone that no other phone can do at a good deal of $699. More
